Pat, Lisa, John and families, We were deeply saddened to hear the news about Dave. He was such an outstanding citizen and leader for Fort Scott and as a member of the Citizens Bank Board for the 24 years I owned the bank. He was always so prepared for each meeting and brought insight from his years of experience in both law and community affairs. It was a pleasure to know him as a friend as well as a colleague, and we know he will be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Dean and Becky Mann

To Pat and family, please accept our deepest sympathy. Dave was a true gentleman and was kind to everyone. Juli, Nathan and I got to know Dave and Pat over the past 6 years when down at the lake. The first thing we always looked for when we pulled into Pelican Bay was for one of the Mullies vehicles. We knew that if they were there we’d be greeted at top of the stairs by either Dave or Pat’s smiling face or the wagging tail of their pup. I loved talking football and basketball with Dave. He loved his Baylor Bears and Jayhawks. I will miss those talks. I will miss the ‘Judge’ (as I called him)! We have 6 years of memories of Dave that we will hold close. He touched so many lives and will live in through all of us that knew him. Your lake friends in #418, the Egeland’s. Bob, Juli, Nathan, Libby, Robbie, Ben, Kallie, Wes, Veyda and Valerie

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Mullies family. We got to know Dave down at the lake, having our boat on the same dock as his. No one could keep a boat or boat lift as clean as Dave! We appreciated the conversations we had with him and his dedication to serving on the Pelican Bay board. It's not going to be the same on the dock this summer. The Lee's Unit #502
