Mrs. Budy was my 3rd grade teacher. She left a big impression on me. The first day of school and our very first science glass the textbook we were using said something about us not knowing how the world gave to be. She had each of us get out our Bibles and turn to Gensis 1:1 and read that God created the heaven and earth. She also was the one that introduced me to no bake oatmeal cookies when we had us make them in class. The first ones I had we didn't cook any part of it. Another memory I have of being in her class was going back to school after my daddy died I was given a glass goblet with a vine in it and a little bird on the vine. She was always fair and loved her students. I know she will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.

Marjorie was a great nurse. I enjoyed working with her and her husband. Sorry for your loss.

Our Marjorie was one of a kind, loved by many and always had a story of her childhood, young married life with Jean and her compassionate love of her nursing career. I, for one, will miss her very much and especially her homemade toffee and those awesome German cookies. I am glad you are now home with your Jean.

Mrs. Budy, as I knew her only briefly, was truly loved by all in her family as well as anyone who truly knew her. My connection to the Budy family is through my close friends, Jaime and Gretchen. I can tell that Mrs. Budy and her late husband, Jean, were wonderful parents, grandparents and great grandparents and they both shared the love of Christ in their lives as is evident in their offspring. May God bless and comfort the family whom she has left behind with fond memories of earlier years and times of family gatherings. May they continue in the beautiful family heritage that precedes them.
