I'm so sorry to learn about Norma's passing. I became friends with Bill and Norma, dating back to the late '70s, when they lived in Devon. She was absolutely one of the nicest and funniest people I ever knew. She will certainly be missed here on earth, but I'm sure we'll see her in God's Kingdom! God Bless and be with Bill, Phil and his family, and Diana and her family.

Norma, was always such a blessing to be around her laugh radiated the room, she blessed so many of us Devonites, as kids she would take us for ride around town on her golf cart. She would spend time with us. She will be missed greatly! Bill anything I can do just let me know I'm right here in Nevada. Good bless you my dear friend!

I loved being your neighbor when I lived in the hood. Norma was always so happy to see me and one of my dogs. I think she’ll like them best because they brought her such joy. This is a very difficult time and our hearts are with you as you move forward. Heaven has another star with Norma

It was with great sadness that I learned of Norma's passing, but such joy to know she is in the loving arms of Jesus. We have often heard of kids having a "second mom"; Norma was mine. She was there in Sunday School; a vocal encourager to all of "her boys" during sporting events; and always a smile, even when I am sure it was difficult. I can still hear her words as she gave me her credit card as I filled her car with gas at the station "I don't give this to just anyone, you know." Made a kid feel special. The hours spent in the "sandlot" next door to their house were innumerable. The hours Phil and I spent tinkering on cars in in the garage, or selling fireworks (actually blowing up most of the proceeds) were what made growing up in a small town special, and Norma and Bill were the centerpiece of what made that possible. Bill, Diana and Phil, the years have passed but I remember it all very well. Norma will always be a special memory in my heart. Dallas

I'm going to miss you. Love all the memories we created throughout the years and I will treasure them forever. God sure made a special one when he made you. My precious Aunt, kick up your heels. Uncle Bill - thank you for taking such good care of her. You are truly a hero. Love you.
