Twelve years ago my family lived next door to Varrell & Shirley. They were both very welcoming to us when we moved into the neighborhood. I always enjoyed our conversations when we would be outside working in our yards. Varrell was a very kind and compassionate person. I just wanted his family to know I appreciated his friendship.
