So thankful for all Gary did for the kids in this community. He was always a good friend to me. He always trusted in Jesus through hard times, and he had plenty of those. I enjoyed Gary and Connie on that 2nd row in church. Love you, Connie, and my prayers are w you and your family.

Coach B was a great coach, teacher and mentor. Also a great neighbor! His efforts impacted so many young people in a positive way. Like many, he was my middle school gym teacher, but I also life guarded for him when he ran the pool and he was my track coach. He was always positive, motivating and wanted you to reach your full potential. He will be missed.

I was so very sorry when I heard about Gary's passing. I saw him a little over a year ago up in Lawrence, Ks. at gathering of some of the old Lakeside/Roosevelt gang. He looked terrific and I was so happy to get the chance to visit with him. Your family is in my thoughts!
